underachiever are an indie/punk band based in Newcastle NSW. Formed in 2016, underachiever write catchy, sad pop punk lyrically focused on social justice, happy nihilism, mental health and beers. The band have recorded one EP "you tried hard" and have gigged heavily in Newcastle, and are beginning to tour NSW.
